I am writing about Nicholas Bredimus. He currently living in Kailua, Hawaii, USA. I believe FACE was involved in this case.
In 2001 Nicholas Bredimus was caught and arrested in Thailand for molesting three boys which he video taped and photographed. He posted bail, but the Thai police kept his passport so he would not leave the country. He then fled the country under a false passport. He was arrested in the US and convicted for illegally traveling abroad to have sex with minors. Under a plea deal he received a five and a half year prison sentence and fined $30,000. In 2004 and 2005, the families of the children who were molested tried to file civil law suits against Bredimus in US courts, which he successfully had dismissed. The reasoning was that the cases were for Thai courts to decide.
I am asking why has this man not been extradited to Thailand to face trial in Thai courts? He has not been tried for fleeing Thailand, using a false passport, witness tampering, obstruction of justice, or producing child pornography. US courts referred the civil suits for financial compensation toThai courts, so why can't he be put on trial in Thailand. He is a wealthy man. Perhaps his assets can be frozen and he can be fined for all court costs, if found guilty. His wife and son should also be tried as they were involved in witness tampering and obstruction of justice but were left alone under his plea bargain. If he can't be extradited, he should be tried in "absentia", meaning in his absence, and fined. I believe any financial judgement against him would be upheld in the US.
This man did horrible things, has taken no responsibility for his actions, and is living a life of luxury in paradise. He has three homes in his neighborhood worth close to $10 million. There is no reason he should not at least pay restitution for his crimes.

You have good articles here! If anyone here is looking for a loan @ 2% rate in return to buy a home or other financing needs, I want you to contact Mr Pedro On pedroloanss@gmail.com When I was introduced to Mr. Pedro at the market watch seminar, I was entering the market as a first time buyer. Naturally,my needs were a bit different and I had loads of questions. Before he sent me my pre-approval letter, he called to speak with me about what it meant and what could change. He made himself available to me at pretty much any hour via email and texts. He was very responsive and knowledgeable. He’s also very straightforward. I explained to him what my expectations were in terms of closing time and other particulars. He said he would meet those expectations but he surpassed them. I closed so quickly my realtor and the seller of course were excited about that. But as a buyer I appreciated being walked through the process of Mr Pedro loan offer. From pre-approval to closing- the journey was so seamless and I consider myself lucky because I’ve heard horror stories. I recommend him to anyone looking for a loan. Everything was handled electronically expediently and securely
